Cutting edge facilities

As part of our multi-million pound growth, our BCUC building has expanded to cope with demand! There are three entirely new floors and more than 1,900 square meters of floor space dedicated to degree-level teaching, taking University-standard learning in Burnley to a whole new level, and providing a space for undergraduates’ sole use.

Your opinion matters to us at BCUC. As an undergraduate you’ll have the opportunity to join the team of Student Ambassadors who have direct communication with the Dean of BCUC and senior managers at Burnley College.

Academic Support

As a BCUC undergraduate you’ll have access to expert academic guidance on topics such as essay writing, referencing, research methods and assessments through regular workshops, as well as one-to-one support sessions. Our Lecturers are friendly and approachable and are committed to seeing you succeed.

Navigating Student Finance and discovering additional bursaries and benefits to which you may be entitled is an important stage of your journey towards starting your studies at BCUC.

Our specialist advisors can answer all your questions, signpost external resources and give you the individual support you need with your Student Finance application so you can concentrate on your studies.

At BCUC we also offer the generous Burnley Bursary (subject to household income and conditions) which can be worth up to £3,300* in cash, equipment and associated benefits over the course of your studies.

As a valued BCUC undergraduate your health and wellbeing are important to us. You will have access to a wide range of resources to ensure you are able to maintain good mental health and emotional wellbeing throughout this important time of your life.
