The successful candidate will enrol on the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Burnley College. This involves day-release at college.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

Due to continued growth within HycAero we are looking for an administrative support apprentice to join the team to support with some of the fundamental administrative duties such as booking in of customer purchase orders, raising of general and sub-contract purchase orders, collating of information for internal analysis, updating of internal KPI’s.

If you have previous experience and have good IT/Microsoft skills and enjoy working as part of a team this is a great chance to develop your skills further within a fast paced and varied environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
  • Inputting data from incoming delivery notes into the MRP system
  • Booking in of customer purchase orders
  • Raising internal general and sub-contract purchase orders
  • Liaising internally with production, team leaders and management
  • Data input as required into relevant systems and spreadsheets
  • Support with end of year stock requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
