YEAR 10 and 11 APPLICATIONS
Do you love to perform? Be on stage? Feel a part of something bigger? In this 8 week course you will take part in acting, singing and dance technique classes to develop your skills in preparation for creating work to be performed at our Annual Musical Theatre Showcase. You will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours in preparation for study on a Dance or Performing Arts Course at Burnley College. You will work as a company to create and develop the material with our outstanding lecturers in Performing Arts. On your final week, you will take part in technical and dress rehearsals for your performance in our outstanding industry standard Performance Theatre. You will then have the exciting opportunity to perform as the curtain raiser for our Musical Theatre Showcase and have the opportunity to watch the rest of the show where our Level 2 to Degree learners will perform.
