About the course

This is a fully-funded course for anyone that is looking to upskill onto an Engineering HNC, but doesn’t currently have the time to commit to a long-term HNC qualification. This course will focus on Mechatronics & Digital Principles.

As part of the Modular Acceleration Programme (MAP) you will be able to study between two and four units from an Engineering HNC, instead of committing to all eight units of a full HNC qualification straight away.

Any units you study as part of your modular course will build credits towards a full HNC and will also reduce the cost should you wish to complete a full HNC in future.

Entry Requirements

You will be able to enrol onto this course if you:-

• Are between 19 and 60
• Live in England
• Have previously completed a Level 3 qualification in a related subject

• Unit 1 – Digital Principles
• Unit 2 - Mechatronics

Assessment

Assessment for this course is undertaken during the course through coursework and you will not be required to sit an exam.
