About the course

You will develop knowledge of the Principles of Team Leading including;

Principles of team leading

Understanding of Business

Understand how to communicate work-related information.

Principles of managing performance and conflict in the workplace

Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace

Principles of developing working relatioships with colleagues

Health and safety procedures in the workplace

Understand how to develop and deliver a presentation 

Each of the 8 units will require you to sumit a set of completed knowledge questions demonstrating your understanding of the required assessment criteria.

Assessment

On this course, you will be regularly assessed and will complete questions to demonstrate your acquired knowledge and skills. Knowledge questions are issued as the formal assessment for each unit and will be completed through your online learning platform. For each unit, clear deadlines are provided to ensure timely completion of your course. You will receive feedback on each unit from your expert tutor, and you will need to pass all 8 units of the course and ensure your answers to the questions meet the required assessment criteria.

Learners who successfully achieve this qualification could progress to; Promotion having gained a recognised leadership qualification. Further online learning courses such as Customer Service and Business Administration. ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
