This Social Media for Business course aims to provide an overview of how you can use social media to promote and grow your business. Social platforms help you connect with your customers, increase awareness about your brand, and boost your leads and sales. With more than three billion people around the world using social media every month, the users and engagement on major platforms just keep increasing. You will look at the benefits and limitations of using different social media platforms and how to develop robust social media marketing strategy to ensure your social campaigns are successful. In addition to this, you will also develop your knowledge of competitor analysis and how to use measurement metrics to ensure high quality advertising. You will work with industry specialists to create eye catching posts to grab the attention of your customers.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. Although this course is open to everyone, it would be suited to someone who is already working in industry or looking to develop their knowledge of social media strategy.

Modules

On this course, you will develop and understanding of social media strategy in practice. You will have the opportunity to develop your working knowledge strategies you can put in place to run successful socials, as well as look at how to analyse data to see what is successful. You will have the opportunity to put the knowledge, skills and understanding into practice by developing your own social media strategies.

Assessment

On this course, you will be assessed regularly through practice tasks and assignments to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours you have developed throughout the core topics on this course. Additionally, you will be formally assessed through a marketing project at the end of the course. This will allow you to put the knowledge you've developed into practice in a scenario which could be applied to your employer, workplace or your own business. This may be something you then use in a professional environment.
