About the course
Improve your ability to communicate in Spanish, while
learning about the culture and society of Spain, and Spanish speaking
countries. Every opportunity is taken to converse in the language, with
particular attention to grammatical accuracy, descriptive written work and the
acquisition of vocabulary. Authentic source material is used, you will look at
film and literature and work on an individual research project - to present in
your speaking examination

Enrichment Activities
Students have previously taken part in trips to the Spanish
capital Madrid, where they experienced Spanish culture and honed their
conversational skills. Thanks to a partnership with a College in Spain, we are
able to keep in touch with friends, visit them and host them in return. We also
attend workshops at leading universities and visit the Cornerhouse Cinema to
watch Spanish-language films.
