About the course
Engage creatively and critically with a range of texts.
Develop your own creativity producing texts yourselves – and reflect on them.
How does the voice of Bram Stoker’s “Dracula” compare with contemporary “Mean
Time” by Carol Ann Duffy? Explore the art of storytelling with F. Scott
Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby”. Choose your own texts to support the
coursework element and gain insight into different ideas about creativity. You
will study poetry, prose and drama in addition to developing your own writing skills.
