Nikki chose a Themis Apprenticeship with Ecotec in Haslingden following her previous apprenticeship where she enjoyed the organised nature of her work.

She found the classroom study didn’t suit her learning style and wanted to be part of a company, working in a team. Her Tutor inspired her to try a different avenue within the business world in HR. They helped open her eyes to the new area of possibility and Nikki has thrived in her role.

Ecotec were quick to recognise Nikki’s skills and qualities in her role where she showcases her talent and potential to climb the ladder to become a #FutureBoss.
