Maxwell, from Clitheroe is an ambitious and eager Engineering Technician Apprentice with Stolle Machinery.
The former Bowland High School student has developed skills in welding, electrical installation, machining and schematic design in the workplace which has opened up more opportunities for him.
His employer says he has had a massive impact on the business, describing him as the cleverest Apprentice they have ever worked with. They say his skills and attitude to work make him ‘something special.’
Max is planning to specialise in controls engineering, building his career further by working with programmable logic controllers and control panels.
