Madison, completed her studies at Unity College and with individual guidance from the Themis team, she pursued an apprenticeship in Manufacturing at GRC Engineering as it suited her ambition and passion.

“An Apprenticeship really appealed to me as it meant I could stay in education but also have a job. I didn’t want to go to College full time. I’m a hands-on kind of person so being able to work in a practical role was definitely for me. I’m getting paid and getting my foot in the door for the future.”

She is now gaining skills including cutting, bending, welding and fabricating. Inspired by her Dad who works in the industry, Madison is developing her skills and is looking to climb the ladder as a #FutureBoss.
