Jordan, 23 from Burnley, formerly of Unity College was a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice with HycrAero Limited.

She has developed a wide scope of skills since starting her Apprenticeship, in key industries such as Project Management and Marketing. She has also had the opportunity to improve her communication and leadership skills, by applying the knowledge and behaviours learnt in the classroom into the workplace.

Jordan has aspirations of becoming a team leader in the future, with the intention of inspiring others and passing down her extensive knowledge and extended skill set.
