Harrison chose a Themis Apprenticeship wanting to avoid the expense of university, he preferred gaining workplace experience at a young age.

Harrison decided that Business Administration was the best route to earn key transferable skills and his employer Quest Electrical made it a smooth transition into his new role. During his Apprenticeship he has undertaken multiple tasks and learned key skills including confidence and professionalism in communication and building rapport.

“I really enjoy the variation of tasks from day to day keeps work fresh – I never know what I’ll be working on next! The opportunities of working in a big company are vast. I’m aiming to progress into management with my employer.”
