Eshan Bilal, 18, from Burnley a former student at Sir John Thursby and an incredibly dedicated individual prides himself in reaching exceptional achievements, both in and out of College.

Alongside achieving impressive results across all three of his chosen A Levels, Eshan made a huge influence as part of the Burnley College family. He did admirable work within the student council as well as being a student Rep, Governor and Ambassador.

Eshan’s dedication and hard work has paid off after receiving an A*, A, B in A Level Biology, Chemistry & Psychology progressing onto the University of St Andrews. He has honorable career aspirations to be a doctor and later moving into Government to improve the healthcare system for patients and staff, wanting to end his career as a teacher inspiring future generations.
