Charley followed her passion into childcare and into employment with Lakeview Nursery. This was ideal for Charley as it allowed her to express herself and use creativity to thrive within the role.

Charley’s aim is to gain relevant experience in a work related environment alongside gaining key skills. Motivated to make a difference, she is always looking to develop the children in her care, using her initiative and creativity to plan engaging activities and seeing the results of her hard work pay off.
