We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Student Experience Lead to join the College to lead the effective implementation of the cross-College delivery of an engaging, innovative and impactful Personal and Professional Development (PPD), and Enrichment programme for all learners in line with the high expectations of the College.

The post holder will ensure an outstanding Student Experience for all learners at the College, including design, implement and measure the impact of engaging and innovative Personal and Professional Development and Enrichment activities for all learners, that embed the College Core Values and Promoting Positive Behaviours ethos, which extends beyond the curriculum, providing learners the opportunity to develop and discover their skills, interests and talents.

You will possess a degree of equivalent level qualification, knowledge and experience of an outstanding personal and professional development and enrichment offer for students, and Substantial and proven experience of successful responsibility at a managerial level.

The salary for this post is up to £45,157.
