We are seeking a Specialist Lecturer in Engineering (PLC & Robotics) to join our Engineering division.

As an ambitious Specialist Lecturer, you will be take the lead to ensure successful internal and external validation of the programme area. Included in this role will be to ensure value added levels are regularly checks, creating quality assurance systems for all programmes and ensure the team undertake networking opportunities to increase recruitment each year.

You will have experience of successful teaching/training on a range programmes in any of the following areas:

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Advanced Engineering Technologies
PLCs and/or Robotics

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Engineering qualification, a Degree or equivalent level (HNC/D) qualification in PLC’S & Robotics and ideally a Higher degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject, however this is not essential.

The salary for this post is £39,383 – £44,344
