Due to substantial growth in the area, we are currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Plastering with a demonstrable record of high rates of achievement and retention, to drive our continued success in providing a high-quality teaching and learning experience and a passion for ensuring student success.

As an ambitious Lecturer in Plastering, you will ensure that this subject contributes fully towards the excellent achievement and retention rates and the sustained growth of the Division by aiding the Plastering team to ensure that students are actively engaged in all aspects of delivery within the Division and across College.

As a Lecturer you will teach, relevant to subject specialism, up to 832 hours per year.

With a PGCE or Certificate in Education and a degree in a relevant craft discipline, you will also possess detailed knowledge of Plastering specifications and qualifications and experience of successful teaching of Plastering to level 1, 2 and 3 students. You should also have experience of work based learning in relation to plastering apprentices.

The salary for this post is up to £38,147
