A unique opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Additional Learning Support to join the College, to provide a knowledge and understanding of barriers to learning and strategies to enable learners to overcome these, which ensures high achievement and progression.

The successful post holder will possess a recognised teaching qualification and a degree or equivalent level qualification. You will have the knowledge, experience and understanding of specific issues relevant to learners with SEN needs or learning disabilities/difficulties.

Experience of supporting young adults in an education environment is essential for the role along with a minimum level 2 learning support qualification or willingness to work towards.

The salary for this post is £31,967 – £38,147.
