We are recruiting a Curriculum Manager in Construction to support and maintain the 16-18 curriculum within the division, including supporting continuous improvement to College standards in teaching and learning, and student retention and achievement within the framework of College quality systems.

Your responsibilities will include to make a significant contribution to the effective management of the Division with specific responsibilities for achieving high standards in teaching and learning, student achievement and curriculum co-ordination and development.

The successful post holder will manage the admission of students, their support and on-going progress and development and to contribute to the College and divisional teams, including sharing best practice and being involved in developing the curriculum.

With a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one, and experience of successful teaching of Construction qualification across a range of programmes, you will have a record of high rates of student success.

The salary for this post is £48,576
