1. Assist in the manufacture, repair, and maintenance of precision tools and machinery components.
2. Learn to operate machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders under supervision.
3. Train to read technical drawings, and specifications to produce accurate components.
4. Assist in the inspection of finished tools and components to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Learn to troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to tooling, components & machinery.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
7. Attend training sessions & apprenticeship courses including completing coursework to further develop technical skills and knowledge.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
